PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via PayPal by direct debit or credit card. The amount will be debited from your account via PayPal. You will need a PayPal account to do this. Please note that if you pay by direct debit via PayPal, the goods will only be dispatched once the payment has actually been debited from your account.

Paying with PayPal without a customer account:
Select ‘PayPal’ as your payment method in the relevant shop. You will then be redirected to the PayPal payment page.
1. There, below the login form, you will find another field: ‘By direct debit or credit card’ (see screenshot).
2. Click on it and fill in the relevant payment details. Finally, you must tick both checkboxes.
3. Complete the payment process by clicking ‘Agree and continue’.

Delivery within Switzerland
We charge a flat rate of CHF 5.90 per order for insured delivery within Switzerland.

We offer free delivery on orders of CHF 50.00 or more.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within Switzerland within 2–5 days of the contract being concluded (this also applies to delivery on account). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is: CHF 12.
