This fleece comes from small sheep farms that rear individual, unique animals and are dedicated to preserving heritage breeds. Typical of mountain sheep, the fleece has a rather coarse wool texture – yet on a lamb it feels pleasantly soft. The gentle, natural tanning process preserves the distinctive character of these fleeces.
The rug is 110 cm long and 63 cm wide (measured at the leather edging), and the pile length is 3 cm. Our rugs are machine-washable at 30 °C – please refer to our care instructions.
